Well Crikey! The girls have done it again! This event is a celebration of Women. It shows what can be done with a limited budget and a lot of imagination. It is a joy to see Women all pulling together in such a positive way to create wonderful things. Everyone, from the very young to the very old had a great day. We went and performed excerpts from the new Laurel and Hardy show and had a real laugh! The funniest moment was returning to the station with our metal buckets and dustpans etc and dropping the lot down the stairs at Central Station. The people nearly had a fit on platform one and two but laughed there heads off when we appeared as Laurel and Hardy, with Officer Kennedy and sang "Trail of the Lonesome Pine".
